on the evils of civil procedure or as i like to call, stupid poo poo mean yucky class
i recently had the most unfair, arbitrary, random exam of my life. the highlight of which were the 35 multiple choice questions we were not told were going to be on the exam. here's an example:1. red makes purple*
a) true
b) true if you add blue to it
c) false unless you add blue to it
d) false unless it was a dark red which under a judges discretion will be taken as purple
e) b and d
yeah. . . oh and that was followed up by 25 short answer( "a paragraph or two will do") and two long essays. four hour exam - it took me an hour and a half just to get through(and poorly) the multiple choice questions. you do the math. unless you're a liberal arts students b/c that would be too hard and too mean to force you to do that. santa.

ewww..they suck! they suck a lot...that sounds horrendous!
it's done...you're almost there! in a couple of weeks you'll be a 2L..woohooo..k, that's not really such good news...sooon you will be at home..that's what's important
